Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

Elisabeth Unlimited is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

International shipping times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Elisabeth Unlimited is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Elisabeth Unlimited is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. For additional assistance, you may contact us at support@elisabethunlimited.com.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Elisabeth Unlimited is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
